Easy To Bake Coconut Macaroons - Lätt Att Baka Kokostoppar

Ingredients:

50 grams of butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 dl. sugar
200 grams of dried shreded coconut

1st:  Melt butter and let it cool or keep the butter out on the counter for one hour.

2nd:  Whip the eggs and sugar together until they turn white in color.

3rd:  Stir in the coconut and butter.

4th:  Allow the batter swell for around 10 minutes.

5th:  Form and place on bake paper on a flat oven cookie sheet.

6th:  Bake at 175 C in the middle of the oven for approximately 12 minutes.

7th:   Let cool and enjoy eating.


Note:  175 C is around 325 F

1 deciliter = 0.4228 cup (US)  You do the math.

200 grams =  7 oz. (US)

50 grams =  1.75 oz. (US)

I end up with 14 to 16 large cookies per batch.
