Stanley Fishman was very ill most of his life. When the doctors told him there was no hope, he gave up on them, and turned to alternate methods. Real food was the answer. No current health problems, not one. He ruined the first grassfed meat he cooked, and experimented with traditional methods until he learned how to cook it. Seeing a need, he wrote Tender Grassfed Meat, a cookbook that makes it easy to cook tender and delicious grassfed meat. He has also written Tender Grassfed Barbecue, a cookbook that adapts traditional barbecue methods to modern times. He is devoted to the real food movement and blogs about grassfed meat and other real food issues at TenderGrassfedMeat.com.
Kevin Brown is President of Liberation Wellness and co-author of the Liberation Diet. He serves as a Fellow on the National Board of Fitness Examiners, and is president of Visionary Trainers.
