Pretentious liars

Narcissist Bosses - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

One cannot go from

Zero to boss overnight

Narcissist bosses

© 2018  M.N. Hopkins

Note:  The inspiration came to me to write this poem after watching a video about the elite who run our world and seeing a news show with high level politicians from several political parties in Sweden and wondering if they could be so stupid to believe the words coming out of their mouths or if they were just liars for a paycheck.   They appear almost like cult members with a gray fog around them. This is always an indication of someone with a mental or emotional illness that results in an inability to see reality or their environment around them clearly.   This also made me think of experiences over the years with whom I call, know nothing,  do nothing bosses with little intelligence, knowledge, social skills, leadership skills, common sense and zero empathy or compassion for their fellow humans.  In these cases, it was all about me playing a part rather than being a boss.

I wrote it in the haiku style of poetry and published it for the first time on my blog today, the 22nd of January 2018.

Balance Is The Key - A Quotation from M.N. Hopkins

To be truly human, one must be truly Divine. To be truly Divine, one must be truly human. Balance is the key.

After This Life - The Wisdom of Emanuel Swedenborg

Who was Emanuel Swedenborg?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=6&v=HEa0e8AcS78

The life of Emanuel Swedenborg (1688–1772) was steeped simultaneously in the rational world of the physical sciences and a deep Christian faith. He lived during the height of the Enlightenment, a period when intellectuals rejected dogmatic religious teachings in favor of science and reason, and his theology reflects a long struggle to understand the world of spirit through investigation of the physical world. Ultimately, that struggle was resolved when (as he described it) his spiritual senses were opened and he began to interact directly with the denizens of heaven, hell, and the world of spirits between. Although his theological writings are based on experiences and visions that may seem unbelievable to a modern audience—as they did to many of Swedenborg’s contemporaries—he writes with full awareness of how difficult his accounts may be to accept. In keeping with his early scholarly training, he presents his ideas in a logical order, drawing examples from everyday life as proof of the truth of his words, inviting readers to judge for themselves.

Our Future At Risk - A Poem by M.N. Hopkins

Many without skills

Much incompetence today

Our future at risk

© 2017 M.N. Hopkins

Note:   This came to mind while I thought of the sorry state of education and the lack of work ethic in the younger genrations along with increasing populations of people with low IQs and lack of work experience.  The ones with a sense of duty, work ethic and ability to sacrifice for the good of the community are becoming as an endangered species.

I wrote it in the haiku style of poetry which I believe allows the reader a great deal of freedom to form their own thought impressions and insights.   I published it for the first time on my blog today, the 8th of January 2018.

The Spirit Is.....The Wisdom of Beinsa Douno (Peter Deunov)

“The Spirit is the spiritually-wise beginning, which God has deposited within us. The Spirit will teach you everything and it will remind you of what the living God has told you. Prepare a place within you for the Divine Spirit, who has been knocking on your door for a thousand years. You are looking for him outside but not inside. Listen to his voice. When you hear his voice, you will feel a thrill in your soul that will uplift and free you. The Spirit is a great principle, which brings warmth in your heart, light in your mind and meaning in your life.

We should prepare ourselves to endure the vibrations of the noble and light thoughts and desires. The Divine fire is coming to purify people. Whoever is not ready to endure this fire will leave the earth untimely. When you see that some people catch on fire, burn, and then burn out, while others burn but do not burn out and begin to shine, you should know that the Divine fire has come.

The Master Beinsa Douno.  (Also Know as Peter Deunov)
